Try with log4net to log everything activity on your web to db. Then, exporting all of those data to an excel file. (google search)

Try minLength property of autocomplete method to indicate how many characters entered then searching. Maybe the performance will be reduced.

When someone clicking to your video link, firstly you need to check user's permissions. If this user is paid user, then redirecting/opening the video. Else, redirecting or show a message to as their don't have permission to view this content...

You can use both of DataList and Repeater to do that.
So, after looking at your code, it seems work fine. However, pls try to remove some code and use below code for your testing.

Because two tables having the relationship together via userId column. So, make sure before you inserting data to FileInfo table then the userId must be already existed inside UserInfo table.

In Page_Load event of the page, firstly you need to get the expire date from your db. Once you got it, then comparing the current date with it.
If the current date is greater than expire date, then hide that link or replace current link by a new link.

I think before you inserting the new data then you should have a step to check the existence of that data. If it is already in db, then showing a message. If not, then inserting.
