Thanks for your reply.
I know how to read the table - but not how to interpolate data from it
or calling Linear3dInterp according to it (v1-v8 represents vertices of a cube but how does that apply to my table?)

Thank you all for your answers
I'm sorry it was my mistake:
I called memset for stPol in order to initialize it to 0 and this
harmed the list inside (- stPol.PointsList)
Thanks again

Thanks
I opened the DLL in Dependency Walker and there are no red markings - only yellow, and the Dependency Walker result seems the same on both PCs.
I tried using the dumpbin on the target machine but it appears to require the
installation of VS IDE

I also thought that may be there is something wrong with my code
so I wrote the Tester. The tester app just calls loadlibrary(str) :
#include "stdafx.h"
#include "windows.h"
int _tmain(int argc, _TCHAR* argv[])
{
char str[260];
HINSTANCE hi;
printf("insert full path");
scanf("%s", &str);
hi = LoadLibrary(str);
if (hi == NULL)
{
printf("Error loading - %d\n", GetLastError());
}
}

Hi Dave,
If there was a problem with a 32 bit dll being loaded on a 64 bit application then the problem should have happened on both PCs. Both PCs run win10 64 bit.
Both my original application and the tester are WIN32.

I checked and in the native c++ app. I can't step into the clr/cli wrapper code and can't step into the c# code (it doesn't stop even I insert there a breakpoint), although the code of both of the projects is a part of the solution.

Thanks for your reply
I am working offline so I cant download from the Microsoft server.
I tried calling the clr/cli function in a separate tester app. that I have built just for that and in the tester I didn't got the above mentioned message
I migrated the c# and clr/cli projects from the tester to the target app. but I still got that message

When it happens a tab with the caption "No symbols loaded" is opened and in that tab
the title is "wkernel.pdb not loaded". But above this tab, a form that its caption says "Exception Thrown" is opened and on it the exception details appear and exception settings options appear

Thanks Gerry for your answer
In my app. the server sends in broadcast a port number and now the client should send a response through this port
should the client close the broadcast socket and create a new one with the server address and new port or can it use the old socket in some way?
thanks!

It worked well with handles but i also want to create a shared memory in the init function
which means that the Init function will look like this
InitEvents(HANDLE hEvent1, char *Event1Name, HANDLE hEvent2, char *Event2Name,
unsigned char* pSharedMemory, char* SharedMemName )
{
hEvent1 = CreateEvent(..Event1Name...);
hEvent2 = CreateEvent(..Event2Name...);
CreateSharedMemory(..SharedMemName ..);
}
void main()
{
HANDLE h1,h2;
unsigned char pBuf[1000];
InitEvents(h1, "ONE", h2, "TWO", pBuf, "SHARED");
SetEvent(hEvent1);
memcpy(pBuf,SomeData, DataLen);
}
I tried passing **char and calling Init with &pBuf

I have some threads which receives multiple messages and i want to know the type of the message in the signaled thread.
By the way, can multiple threads wait for a single event? if so, if the event is signaled then all the waiting threads signaled?

The problem is that the both the master and the slave do time based actions
When a specific period of time passed then the master sends a package and when a different period of time passed the slave sends a package. What i want is not to depend on time, but to run as fast as possible - when the master finished its calculations and it can send the package i want it to send the package, and the time for both the master and the slave will be as if the required period of time passed

This Function Gets The name Patameter With A value ("Dllname.dll"), The address Parameter is Passed For allocation in The function. The Size Of
The Allocation is Returned In size parameter. I dont Think AllocHGlobal Is relevant. I Still Dont Know how To Declate It Without Unsafe...

The dll function itself returns Addr Allocated and a Number In Size.
If i put a Break Point The Values That are send to the function
Are A "String" and 2 addresses The First One Points To A 'bad Pointer'

Its not working.... I Get An Acess Violation Exception
Attempted to Read or Write Protected Memory.
When Using The dll in c++ App i Declare:
TCHAR Str[260] And copy A string to it With strcpy
Char *addr[64] And DWORD Size[64]
The Call to the Dll Function Looks Like This:
GetData(Str ,&addr[i], &Size[i]);
Both Addr And size Are Global And dont Get A Value Before The Function Call

You are right i forgot to mention that i work under win 7 64 Bit.
I have A 64 Bit machine But My App loads A 32 Bit Dll so I Assumed That I Have To Compile Under 32 Bit.
How Do i tune to 3 Gb?
Thanks

Is there a way to monitor the memory shortage - may be i am not looking on the right place in the task manager - i looked at the memory usage and the peak memory usage and saw only results mentioned above.
Also, is there a way to see if i am excessively using some other resources such as the DC they mentioned in the link
thanks

I opened LaxmikantYadav link but it talks about delphi and XP. i am working on win 7 and c++ so i don't think their solution is relevant.
The third solution they offered talked about atom table - i don't know if it exists in c++.

Hi,
Thanks for your response.
Do you mean changing it dynamically or after it is being replaced from english - statically?
