Reason for my vote of 4 \n Do you have any benchmarks? Size of the data exported and amount of time it took, and any comparison to existing solutions or to the ones you mention aren't good enough.
For example, does it handle 1 mil rows? How many columns/rows does it take to crush it?

Reason for my vote of 1 \n I feel this article was rushed...
First of all, CBool, CDate?? I mean, we don't live in VB 6 anymore.
The connection opening is way on top of the function rather than immediately before it is used... if something fails in your loop your connection will hang. Needs quite a lot of checks before even it opens the connection, one (of many) example being a check to see if the arrays are empty.
I can go on and on about this...
I guess it drives a point, but the value of this is very small, I am not sure how to even express myself.
