I am importing data throught SSIS, In order to validate, we need to write sp or Query.

I cant use GAC because there are about 600 dll's which is common.
Second senario is not applicable for me.

If the column is template field, e.Row.Cells[1].Text will return Empty String. Then what to do?

put try catch block and get the line number and stack trace.

Is your Query is running correctly? In which line you are getting a error?

The GetGlobalResourceObject method takes the name of a resource class and the resource ID. The class name is based on the .resx file name. For example, the file WebResources.resx, and all associated localized files, are referenced by the class name WebResources

I have update the solution. If it is template column u need to get the particular control text. I have return one method to return the Values. You can add you control in switch case if you need. Hope this helps.

Why you are converting from datatable to Dataset. instead you can use datatabel itself. What is the neccesity of converting Datatable to xml document and back to DataSet

Sorry, I thought u want to clear gridview. If it is a windows application u can use dgvSearch.DataSource = null; alone.

Use 'identifier' not 'Identifier', because XML is case sensitive.
The above Xpath is working fine. I check running in my machine. Hope this helps.

Remove RowCancelingEdit event which is specified in the aspx file in GridView node. This error is due to unavailabitity of the RowCancelingEdit event in Codebehind file. Hope this helps.

You should use OnRowCommand="MainGridView_RowCommand" and OnRowCreated="MainGridView_RowCreated"

For example
<asp:GridView ID="MainGridView" runat="server" OnRowCommand="MainGridView_RowCommand" OnRowCreated="MainGridView_RowCreated">

I dint test yet. For that attribute, Max value is that one.
Also you can Specify <datacontractserializer maxitemsinobjectgraph="10485760"> in the serviceBehaviors/behavior tag. Hope this helps you.

Yes, You are correct. I update the code. please ref. I have added one new method GetObjectType which will check of control type. You can add your control which is used inside your grid. Normally 2nd control will be the template control (e.Row.Cells[i].Controls[1])). Pls chk. If i am wrong pls correct me.
