I was testing various things as @Luc Pattyn said, I don't know what's happened, the notification worked, also I saw his solution, which seems good.
I want to thank you again Luc Pattyn for the solution :)

Hi, thank you for the answer, it's possible to do this on a form laod without selection an item from combobox? Like only a refresh of all the values?
Also when I put
Dim parsedate As DateTime = ComboBox2.Items[i].ToString
it's say to me that it's not possible to convert combobox object collection in date. It's there a difference between [i] and (i) ?

combobox2 and combobox3, this last one has more priority, because it's the remaining time shown as day. Also thank you for the help.

I imported this from the user input part of the code, I make then little adjustment. Anyway that part was later stored on a label showing the remaining days.

Sure.
I have settings, like name, link that will be stored by a click of a button, for ex, name stored in My.settings.name, link in My.setting.link.
I also put the option (button) that lets the user clean up all those.
The problem is if a setting stored is empty because is not yet added, the program gives me a null exception because don't know what to do if there's nothing stored.
How can I say to the program, to check if there's any string stored (all settings where to save things are all string.collection type) in a particular string.collection and if nothing stored skip it.

For make the timer tick, do I need to put 3 timer and let that the first timer handle also the other two? because hours, minutes and second have a different intervals of time.
