<< You need a Form that is not activated when a Mouse click is performed inside its client area (override CreateParams and set createParams.ExStyle |= (0x08000000 | 0x00000080);) and Controls on it that are not selectable with normal means (in the Constructor of a Custom Control, add this->SetStyle(System::Windows::Forms::ControlStyles::Selectable, false);). The Form cannot be shown from another Form. If it has to, you need to Task.Run() it and call ShowDialog(), to start the Message Loop). -- I assume C++ means C++/CLI here. >>
