I have made web application and i used your solution
rpt.Load(Server.MapPath(@"~/Reports/ReportName.rpt"));
But didn't work for me.
Please provide if any other solution is there.
I'm getting error in rpt.load(Path) line.

But when i refresh the URL its works fine.
