I am already on debug mode and source is bigger than destination array I already know but they are vectors, it shouldn't be a problem I thought

you are right, I correct it but it gives "can not seek iterator after end" error now, iterator is not empty, I don't understand why compiler struggles with iterator, do you have an idea? :(

I'll try to find the exception error I believe it is related to serial port opening and closing

when I put breakpoints args have the correct value but local variables that supposed to take those values from args are null, string filename is null for example.

I changed it, both from code and argument side(project->debug->application arguments), I put spaces between them while giving arguments. I checked if args.Length == 4 now, it still performs the same behaviour

I changed the structure but it says;
"'SPWrapper.CmdSerialPort' is inaccessible due to its protection level" and "The property or indexer 'SPWrapper.IP' cannot be used in this context because the set accessor is inaccessible "

I set the speed and parity correct, I used different cables, my computer sees COM3 successfully, I think it is software related. And I just learned serial port/IP/ethernet notions along with basic network knowledge 2-3 days ago. I am struggling that is why I seek help, I lost. I put breakpoints they all seem working, serial port opens but there is no data receive. I have been learning all the network stuff for 2-3 days, I am new and I have very limited time. I communicate with device well, there is no problem with that.

yes you are right, I traced my code fixed my errors, but I am having a difficulty with (de)serialization, I updated my post, I think it is more accurate now

I updated my code, I realized that I forgot to put .txt extension, by the way the filename does not exist because I want to create a new file with that name

I simplified my code, got rid of all arraylist stuff, it is more clear now. But I am having error at the same line, it says access denied, I don't know why

I already have that line, however it doesn't work, the interesting thing is, when I use it in main class, everything was okay, then I delete the code piece(Interaction.InputBox ...) and paste it to another class, then it started to give error altough I add my references to newly pasted class.

yes it worked, I did it like
//////////////////////////////////////////////
c1.flag = true;
string json = JsonConvert.SerializeObject(c1.flag);
File.WriteAllText("path.txt", json);
c1.flag2 = true;
tring json2 = JsonConvert.SerializeObject(c1.flag2);
File.WriteAllText("path.txt", json2);
//////////////////////////////////////////////
Whenever I make the flag true, I serialize it, but in the txt file it shows only 1 true, there must be 2 trues like {true,true}, for each flag

As you can see in the Class1, they are set to false, when I press the button they are set to true, but main function can not see the changes, writes false in txt file.
