@Stefan_Lang Sorry I didn't think about that float thing. However this doesn't unfortunately remove that extra line that comes from nowhere. The major tell is that if the 0 deg ray doesn't cast on a wall, then this error occurs.

Hmm, thats strange, for me if i write :o and resize it it acts as though its entered in and asks me file name, but the getstr location is messed up and doesn't work. What you told does work for :a/b/c/d.... except o because I didn't assign a function to them, just told them to make the screen blank.
