You should prevent this from happening, it's in your hands. First things first, do not allow different users to have the same username, you should block it right away in user registration or find any way so users can't register with the same username.

The form itself would be great, but if he puts another checkbox that was not included to be passed in the query then other container can be used. But it also depends on how he will use it. It's his choice though.

This Part:
"INSERT INTO pr_fingerprint(EMployee_ID, Finger_ID, Img, template)" & _
" VALUES(@EMployee_ID, @Finger_ID, @Img, @template)"
.Parameters.AddWithValue("@Employee_ID=", EmployeeID.Text)
.Parameters.AddWithValue("@Finger_ID=", fingerPosition)
.Parameters.AddWithValue("@Img", fp)
.Parameters.AddWithValue("@template", fingerprint)
.Parameters.Clear()
.ExecuteNonQuery()

Go to your Dataset which is the .xsd file in your project. Find for the Data table which you are using in your Datagridview and add your update Query there.

So You Mean once the user selected Yes then it will be saved as 1 in the Database and same for the No, and when it is unchecked it'll remain 0?

Once you Update the datagridview and save it, Unchecked checkboxes will automatically have a Value of 0 and Checked will be 1.

If you want to save your data like this :
10
20
30
Then try using Text as your datatype.
Because when you use Integer or any numeric datatype the output will be like this:
10 20 30 or 102030

How do you want it to be? Do you want to add another Column in your datagridview for the Balance? If so you can Just Edit your SQL Code, go to your dataset which is the .xsd file and add into your datatable a select statement something like 'Select Amortization, Principal, Interest, Principal-Interest AS Balance from your table, then add a Column to your datatable and reload your datagridview.

Thank You OriginalGriff! That solved my Problem! I'm working on a Payroll System Project and that's my only problem in Tallying the System Output to the Manual Payroll.

I have a problem in comparing the templates, and I found out that the XML was not fully saved in the DB which what causes the trouble. I changed the datatype from Text to Varchar(MAX), and it solved the problem.
