Thanks @CHill60 One other concern that after modfying as you suggested im getting this error 9: subscript out of range. Am i missing any thing here?

So sorry for asking these questions as im very new to this process.
They've mentioned to add the changes in client environment? So far i've done the changes in ctrl file CHARACTERSET WE8ISO8859P1 & CHARACTERSET UTF8. But can you tell me what does this mean to "change in Client Environemnt?

Change the client environment to

NLS_LANG=AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8ISO8859P1

UTF-8 is the encoding type of my XML. How could i verify whether it will be supported by my xml-loading function?

As the file is 550MB we're not able to open it in Notepad++. As per my knowledge encoding of the file has Binary mode

Thanks @CHill60 for your response. When im trying to use this command by placing my *.xlsm file i the directory the contents were not been copied. do i need to do any enable/disable in xlsm file
