Actually i thought, if i try cookies or session method then user easily resubmit the same url by removing history or cookies in their browser.

Could you please expand the second point .. Correct me if i am wrong.!
You mean first change the URL to ip address and then check with the database. right ? Can you tell me how to do that .?
