There is no problem in code. Here I have assigned the matrix myself according to my use but I want to make it dynamic so that user can insert matrix of his/her choice. I don't know how to do it successfully.

It's a UI and user can take upto 9*9 matrix(3*3,5*5,7*7,9*9 are available). So if I am adding a 9*9 matrix format and user takes 5*5 then value will be empty and code will not run. Hope you got what I am trying to say.

It's dynamic. One can take any kind of pictures. It's a UI.

Color p = newBitmap.GetPixel(m, n);
This is the line where error is occurring, showing that attempting to read/write protected memory.

First i converted the pixel values and stored it in arrays. Then how to show histogram using those values, please help me.

Yes, this is the .exe file but if we are using some different libraries(e.g AForge.Imaging) in the code snippet, it is showing errors. Is there any solutions for this error, please answer.
