Sorry Sir I'm new to VB a beginner. Now I can view coding in Notepad. My question is If my coding is wrong it shouldn't compile or it must show an error& warning right?

One more question, after restarting my computer several attempts. I'm now able to view my coding without error. Does it have any other problem?

I can run the form and it works perfectly, but the point is I can't open form to view its coding sir.

All I need is The value (Select TAXVALUE from TAXDETAILS where TAXNAME="LINKBOX1") in a textbox
I can run on SQL but in VB.NET I donno

I'm able to list all the TAXNAME from table TAXDETAILS in LISTBOX. In generel my TAXDETAILS table consists of TAXID,TAXNAME, TAXVLALUE.
The point is If I choose a TAXNAME,the value should multiply with the values of other two text box and show it in TEXTBOX 3. I donno how to do it.

My table consists of TAXID,TAXNAME (Eg:VAT14.5) , TAXVALUE(Eg:0.145)
