ok, it's my bad i know but this happened because it's my first application to publish. I found that SQLite.Interop.dll is missing and i added it manually to the project files and the exception were gone thank you for your help..

Thanks for your reply, First the machine that i'm trying the application is also my machine. I'm only confused because the app works with no errors in the release folder!

Thanks for your reply again, The application RUNS normally but from the executable file in the release folder again there are no exceptions thrown or something.

Thanks for your reply, you didn't read my question carefully.
The app doesn't throw any exceptions, In fact it runs normally but from the executable file in the release folder.
The problem is in the main executable file(the shortcut one)
