Thanks alot for the suggestion. But in case if it is an multi language application, we cannot normalise it into an single culture or to a specific client.

If we host the same application in an server/system, it cannot be used by multiple clients,if we normalise the culture. If we doesn't define it in the web.config it would carry out the system/server culture.
