Just got home from work and your solution works beatify. I really appreciate your help and quick respond.
But now, I’m facing new problem; when I use up/down buttons it works as it should, but when I manually want to change the number it changes to previous value – it doesn’t hold the manually entered numbers.
Example:
1. Current value - $24.77
2. Clicked between “2” and “4” and added “9” (changed value shows - $294.77)
3. It comes back to $24.77 when I click on anything on my form

It happens to many programs when you try to uninstall them from control panel.
1st Solution
If you installed this program from CD/DVD insert same version of the program in to CD/DVD-Rom drive and start the setup/install file. Then you should see at least 3 check boxes to select from; most likely “Install” then “Repair” and “Uninstall”
Select “Uninstall” and see if you still have same error. The same procedure is if you downloaded the software from the vendor site.
2nd Solution
If first solution didn’t work then go to http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html and download Revo Uninstaller Pro Version: 3.1.6 - fully functional trial (30 days free) This program is fully compatible with Windows Server.
It will help you uninstall any program you have installed in windows, and all leftovers programs are living behind. If for some reason you still have same error using this program, go to “Forced Uninstall” and manually remove program and all the junk.
After that you can download CCleaner – Portable (no installation needed, runs from .exe) from http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/builds and clean more junk from your server.
It isn’t necessary to restart the server after all this cleaning, but if you only can, do it.
Hope it helps, but if not let me know.
*****Be careful, you are working on server!!!

Dave is right, this is not product support site. I’m also new to this site and I’m not a programmer, but I can help you if that’s not against codeproject.com policy.
1st have you install any new programs recently?
2nd if yes, is it your program (I mean, you coded) or you bought it? …or downloaded from internet?
3rd if no, you have to give me more information on when you see this error.

I have figured it out! This code might not look “right” for advanced programmers but it works for me and I hope it helps someone.
I will update new code in few… I have to change the names of my program’s text boxes, check boxes and few other things to what I posted here.

Ok, went little bit further.
Now I have all results I need and the only question left is how to get the number of checked boxes? (from my example above the number is “3”)
