We have already found the answer. This function is available only in UWP applications.

The list "Applies to WinRT" contains Build 18362. I have OS build 18362.836. Could this be a problem?

Thanks you. But this is a little not my case. I'm interested in the process of drawing and not transformation. And ideally on pure C#.

System.Windows.Media.Brushes is a standard collection and it does not support methods .Count and [r.Next(0, count)]. I do not know why. Perhaps I need to create my own collection with color names.

The closest to my question that I found is the topic "Radial Progress Bar". But there is a lot of extra code. I need it easier - 'Painted and Forgot'. You are mistaken if you think that the line and the circle are one and the same.

Do you have a link where this is described? I can not find.

Pay attention to the effect of line drawing.

You offer simple static drawing methods. I'm asking about animation. Do not draw a circle, but get a drawing effect. Look carefully at the line code.

Thanks for the answer. I set the handler. Now everything works.
player.MediaEnded += new EventHandler(Media_Ended);
private void Media_Ended(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
player.Position = TimeSpan.Zero;
player.Play();
}
