One more doubt sir. Here you hard coded the cell values(A,B,C,D).But i have a datatable,so how can i integrate my datatable in this series.I'm a beginner sir.If i ask any silly question means please aplogize me.

Thanks for your reply.I used this code but it shows an error like

Cannot implicitly convert type 'object' to 'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.SeriesCollection'. An explicit conversion exists (are you missing a cast?)

Thanks for your comments.I mentioned autocomplete in form tag that's why i am not mentioned in input field.i am searching for the disable possibility.
