Hello,I did a googling and i got stucked in the middle wherein only once the user control displays but not multiple times which is the requirement.

It worked like a charm exactly what i needed thanks a lot!
I have one more thing to ask @graeme,how can i make the user control repeat multiple times based on the items that the selected value of combo box has.

here bindgrid is the observable collection which hold the value to be displayed in the user control textbox
VM:MRRUserViewModel it is the view model of usercontrol which calls the method that gives the result of bindgrid
