supposre student can acces student url and teacher can access teacher url if student paste the url directy he is able to go ito the teachers the page..how to restrict

i have 3 text box what value's u enter there it will display below ,the more u enter the values into text box it will come below the previous input value ,how to store these value in database

after first submit everything fine when i insert details it taking the value from 100 instead of current
suppose you insert percentage 30 percentage
first condition perfect again the current should 70 when it validating it validation from 100 not from 70
