Additional information for whose need this solution, put purple (ff00ff) background on your picture to mask it.

I haven't try the code yet but probably will solve my problem. Thank you so much, I was write a kinda algorithm but can't turn it to code because I wasn't know how to use these things. Now I know. Thank you again.

Actually as I say, I don't have any problem with visually transprency , problem is transperent areas should unclickable(in most basic expression) this is my problem.
