currently I send the ticket to my host provider. also I save my connection string in appsetting file and all the project read connection from this file. thank your help. I going to read the link you provide as soon as posible.

as I know MQL 4 is not the Object Oriented Programming Language so your suggest is not working for it. MQL 5 but has support OOP but is very limited so it is not work on that too. also I find that the MQLs created base on C++ or C.

yes, but as I know and read the the document, in MQL after Import DLL you should wright the method you want use between the import tags, so you can use this on your code. if there is another way beside this, I do not know yet.

you can see GetMotherboardSerialNumber method in my code clearly. also i said this in my question too: and I test my DLL on the one test C# program and worked fine.

thanks for your help. just before I write this answer, I find one solution. but I do not now if this is correct or not. correctly I remove the parameter less constructor. also remove the override method too. now all of my method that connect to database need DbContextOptions as parameter. So i inject this too all of my controllers, components, layers and all over my project that show error. the problem fix now and connection string only read from appsetting. if this solution correct or we can use the better way too?
also as you said the sting is case sensitive. but now when I change my connection string name in program file to coN1 (the name in appsetting is CON1). the program still work and not case sensitive anymore. –

I understand know. but in properties of setup project you have "Prerequires" that let you add SQL express 2019 to your setup project. and i am set option for download it from main site if user want it. so how can solve this. can you make example for me to how manage connection string on my customer system for local database and data? or please give me the some link for Practice and learning of this subject.

thank you. I use the setup project of visual studio 2019 and also add sql express to setup file. so when user when install it and has not sql server the sql install as well (I think). but I do not know how to manage Connection string for the local database.

no the language is input parameter that set when above code call. I check with debug point and find the language parameter is change and save correctly. also in debug mode the language and form is change, but in release mode and after create setup file in not worked.
