Thanks for the info, but C version 11 released in 2011. I find that there are many languages better than C, like C#, Python. I don't like Java. As you have experience of many years, what language you thing is the best for flexibility, speed and security and also provided cross-platform GUI library?

And please help me by telling me a good book of C, where everything is mentioned in a precise manner like these things.

Thank you, I just found another solution after lots of trying. Now can print exactly what I want. And your last solution is more easy than mine.

@OriginalGriff, I thought that but I don't know how to convert the string into its equivalent float number, for say, char ch[] = 11010.011; to float a = 11010.011; will type casting work here like float b = float(ch); ?

Actually the problem was solved in a different way, I have done it from scratch and with my logic. My code is so simple compare to the above source. And it can handle any type of shape for linear smooth progressBar. Thanks for your valuable time.

The 2nd image in this comment doesn't has white bars but the 1st has. I want to get rid of those bars only. The bars is coming from Luna dll.

The 1st link of the image was something that I wanted, but using the tutorial of 2nd link (vbcity...) I got something and it is http://s17.postimg.org/rx7hbxshr/3333333.png , so the tutorial was "Path Independent Tutorial". But the white blocks due to "Luna" dll file, I want to get rid of this and want a smooth progressbar.
