Thank you Mr Sandeep Mewara, it works with me, now i want to change the direction of the solution (RTL And LTR) when i selected the Language DropDown for the same project (ASP.Net Core MVC) and i'm using BootStrap 3.3.7 for the design, i searched a lot but i didn't find proper solution, any help is appriciated.

I already created job with SQL Agent as it is in the second link that you sent, my question is: Is it possible with SQL Agent to create a job that can execute stored procedure daily on specific time, or if it is not, how to execute stored procedure daily on specific time with MS SQL Server, any answer or suggestion is appreciated. I appreciate your answer, as i knew that in SQL Server there is no load balance cluster, and instead of it there is fail over cluster, the question is, can i configure it while the database is working or before that, i mean on the installation of the database stage. Thank you a lot.

I can't change the value of the second row to 2 , because the two rows in the analysis table are rlated to the row in the diagnosis table which has id=1
