i am sorry, let me clarify. i will be running an android phone that will be recharged using solar energy, so when the phone runs out of energy it should eventually be recharged by the solar power source, and after being recharged i would like the phone to turn back on, but i am not sure how to accomplish this the only thing that i am hoping is that there exist an internal battery that is similar to a bios battery in a computer, and from there maybe if some sort of android bios is able to monitor the charge turn the phone one when the charge is complete.
