Nope. what happens is, according to your syntax, in 1st cell, Cancelled is placed, then in 2nd cell CancelledPending is placed and in the 3rd cell CancelledPendingDue is placed. And if I print_r($stat), I got the following output:
Array
(
[0] => Cancelled
[1] => Pending
[2] => Due
)

Nope.. But the values are getting appended to each other and not to the cell. Did you checked the full source code I have send it to you ? If not, then check it. Here's the link to the code:

I have 3 tables.. Order.. Commission.. Affiliate(That user).. When the order is placed, the commission is generated and inserted in the commission table.. The commission inserted will return primary key id and will be inserted into the Affiliate user table.. When the commission is updated, the primary key id of the commission is sent in the affiliate table.. And while displaying to the affiliate, the respective statuses are shown on the product.

The administrator will update the payment status. Administrator account has dropdownlist where in he can select the statuses. Once done and updated, it will be notified to the respective user in his my account. That user only have the option to view it, he can not edit it.
