Don't think you can upload an image to MySQL you will have to upload it to your webserver then use a reference in the MySQL database so if it is
www/img/home
then your location in the MySQL DB would be
www/img/home/someimage.jpg

Sorry, I will do next time, I just didn't know an html/css file was classed as a text file. I googled how to open any file in c# and nothing really came

The path at the beginning is always null because the path is not chosen yet from the folder browser dialog, I am trying to create a folder browser for my code editor
