yes its inside page_load, but even if I am putting that piece of code inside
if(!isPostback) its not working.

IE open-save pop up is opening twice. I have provided the src code above.The url what I was using inside iframe is a .doc file location.

Thanks. But the characters are not only at the beginning of the files.Most of the spaces are getting replaced by those characters in the entire file. but not all the spaces.Couln't identify the particualr scenario when the spaces are replaced by those characters.

Any solution?

Thanks Jafarine,

This change needs to be done for all the text boxes, is there any settings what can be change in one place for the entire application.
