@Sinisa Hajnal , your solution is good. We can make a function that will take few parameters like , total time in seconds and an Int that will decide how many times a label will blink in 1 second.

We area already working with Tasks and function calls are async calls. Response function call is received in a separate function whose name is like "OnResponse"

This is not that complex . You should spend some time with Paper and pencil first to make a good logic for your Task. Once you done with that then move towards Code and debug if you don't get the right output.

Thanks , With Respect if I posted question here , its mean I know how to Google. But this was not the actual problem that you conceived , There are certain websites that I found when I was searching it on Google but the content on that websites is very diverse and there is no good stuff for an absolute beginner. So I was looking for someone senior's advice about it who have gone through it already, that how someone should learn XAML in order to work on UWP or Xamarin etc , like should he/she go for Books , some tuturials , random articles or written tutorials on websites etc. Thanks.

means if divide operator has int numbers on both sides, it will treat the whole calculation as integers ( an implicit casting will happen most probably )

Simply put the logic inside round brackets and apply Count();
(
// Logic , Query
).Count();
