Previously we are using Visual Studio Installer Project to deploy our apps. Is it possible to Deploy app using that Installer and Later update it using ClickOnce ?

So I was looking for someone senior's advice about it who have gone through it already, that how someone should learn XAML in order to work on UWP or Xamarin etc , like should he/she go for Books , some tuturials , random articles or written tutorials on websites etc. Thanks.
