It is in C++ . I do not know C++ . I used to learn only on university. :/

The barcode is returned successfully because I return it to a textbox. When I send static data to the device I send it successfully.

Nope. It does not work. :/

I'm having a problem Closing the port. It causes me a deadlock. :/ I've tried so many ways to close but the application just stuck. Can you help me, please? O:) :)

Wow. Thanks. I really appreciate it. It seems it it working but when the weight changes it gives me error on Weight Class.
This is how I call it from WinForms:
Scale t = new Scale();
public Form1()
{
InitializeComponent();
t.WeightChanged += new test.ScaleWeightChangeHandler(fubar);
label1.Text = t.Weight();
}
private void fubar(object sender, string weight)
{
label1.Text = t.Weight();
t.dispose();
}
Any idea why?

Nope. It doesn't work, but I figured out the solution. It is:
Label drpValue = (Label)this.GridView1.Rows[e.NewSelectedIndex].Cells[1].FindControl("Label1");
Lbl1.Text = drpValue.Text;
