can you verify whether asp.net state server service is running after restart, check it from control panel-> admistrative tool-> services

JsPDF is just an example quoted. The problem with JsPDF is that "fromHTML" api which is supposed to convert html to PDF is yet not developed. (Please let me know if you find it working)
Hence i am searching for solution.
About client side / server side preference, I hope I need not to explain the benefits of doing this conversion at client end.
