i have checked the site before itself .. but i was not able to get a solution.

nope it is an exe project in which oracle is installed in one of the local LAN Network which ip is 192.16X.XX.XX

As the project is converted to an .exe file . it works fine in my system
but inside a local network it wont work. it shows tns not responding... (Hope some problem with connection string)

network firewall is off inside local network..
but i can access other SQL servers from my local machine.

The server was not found or was not accessible verify that instance name is correct and sql server is configured to allow remote connection (provider: named pipes provider , error 40 - could not open a connection to sql server )

anyways thanks for the help i got the solution ...
i just changes the code as

and the program worked well :D
