For any 6 column, write some logic to skip 4 columns like: create an enum of 4 column and skip these 4 from Header row and Data row.

you can try for msbuild script for creating the folder and copying data from source to destination and can run it by some batch file but in web application ... 'almost impossible'.

Thats simple, you just have to check whether the date on which attendance will going to marked is sunday not. So check the day by using DayOfWeek property and if it is sunday then generate a alert message.
