I'll take out the word better. That's not important. What I want to discover is whether or not there is a library similar to MathGL which can be statically linked. MathGL gets it's graphing ability from the OpenGL dll.

I'm just looking for something like this which creates statically linked projects. It would be difficult to match MathGL capabilities with a static library.. Just the static part is important.
