The normal asp.net pages for user input will not work in my case. This is because we don't have a fixed set of input fields. There can be 100s of different type of forms.
I am aware of the tools like itextsharp to generate pdf files but here I don't need the functionality to generate pdf files. I just want the users to fill the data in editable pdf files and submit those files. The files thus submitted will be read by human users, and will not be processed by any computer programs.
Thanks for your valuable time and suggestions.

Thanks for the response. This code is a very simplified version of what I am trying to do. I need the code inside document.ready() or something similar. So this solution does not work in my case. I basically need to know in detail that what's wrong with this code, why it does not work inside document.ready().

If you cannot answer don't post such comments. Concentrate on helping others. You should sit at home and do your homework.

Suppose you have a table Student with column IsPass having value 0 and 1 then the query will be:
select CASE IsPass WHEN 1 THEN 'YES' ELSE 'NO' End as StdResult FROM Student

Use a similar join with Country table. For example:
select r.*, s.StateName from Register r
INNER JOIN State s ON r.StateID = s.StateID
INNER JOIN Country c ON c.CountryID = s.CountryID

The question is not clear. If you want to redirect to same page where you are checking the login, then you don't need to redirect. The user will automatically remain on the same page. So clarify your question.

This is already given in the example that you have used. Here is a line of code from the link given by you:
System.Net.NetworkCredential myCredential = new System.Net.NetworkCredential("email", "password");

The use of Convert.ToString() will return a blank value, not NULL. So this is not the cause of the issue or the solution to the current problem.

If the <div> contains only this image, you can also try by adding the onclick event to the <div> instead of the <img>.
