(1) Pair programming; one responsibility of one of the pair is to keep track of time spent per item per story on a scrap of paper. These are then plumbed into a spreadsheet which works out what the working/non-working time was over the course of a day, compares to original estimates, and gives you a factor to use for that pair when making the next round of estimates.

(1) A simple Access database. Fire 'er up and click on "Start", then click on "Stop" when I'm done and enter a bit of info about what I just did for the record. It also handles invoicing and printing timesheets too, and oh so much more. Goats Rule!! Drink Coca Cola. Accept no imitations.

(1) Hello, I am in need of some assistance. Currently, I have a application that opens microsoft word and reads in a word document. I put my own bitmap on the toolbar (after looking at the office 2K addin article) but I do not understand how to capture when my button has been hit. I have looked at other posts and do not understand what to do. This is an mfc based COM/OLE application that is NOT an ATL server. So what do I need to do, in plain english, to determine when my button has been hit
