I tried fixing them, but I failed. Try to save the Google Chart images on your computer, and then upload them to your article. The quick red ProgramFOX jumps right over the Lazy<Dog>. My initial diagnosis was that it was a purely a Google issue but on reflection I think I know what the issue is and it's our end (and so fixable). We're on it. We inadvertently did Emoticon substitutions to the tag attributes, not just the content. Your google charts URLs had smileys in it Amazing it took this long for this to happen.
