He has no articles in the queue, no messages, comments or anything else.
He'd just a group entity with no members yet.
I see nothing fishy at this stage.

OK.
It was just his name "Soul Search", his newness, and the fact that (as you said) he hasn't posted anything, but he has 50 author points. How did he get those?

It's possible that he is "sharing" an email address with a previously closed user.
It would appear there is a "problem" with email addresses that brings rep points over from the previous user. Hopefully, it'll be fixed soon...

Now if he had been called "Sole Search" then that definitely would have been fishy.

The member has now posted a message[^], which doesn't look like spam. However, their signature contains a link to a .in travel site, which seems a bit odd.
I'm not sure if this is subtle spam, or if there's a genuine reason for the link.

Signing up as a group, with your CP name the name of a travel company, and then on your first day posting a link to your travel company sounds like subtle spam to me.
Kickin' time!

NOT SURE of this one[^] both his name and bio suggest he's a locksmith. Not sure why he would find Codeproject interesting but maybe worth keeping an eye on rather than nuking now?

All gone, except the locksmith.

That is what everyone else do.
There is no need to say "I have checked and nothing to report".

Locksmith is actually his last name, I suspect. Not a common last name everywhere in the World, but not that rare in english speaking countries.

You're having a laugh. 'Locksmith' is not a surname in English speaking Countries.
I guarantee you we will see some 'need a locksmith' spam soon.

Another gambling one by the looks of it (translate the blurb under summary) although I think they should be banned anyway for having Ant n Dec as there avatar.

Based on the Google translation of the second one, I suspect it's spam:

I have checked The Lounge, Soapbox and new members joining. I found nothing in the Lounge or Soapbox but did find this in the new members.
This member [^]has not posted anything yet but the foreign blurb in his profile relates to a gambling site.
