I've killed it. The link in Google doesn't take you to the article now.

I have started writing an article and I have saved it as a draft. When I try to "preview" it. I get weird tags for one link and looks good for another link.
BTW, both link refers to same article.
Works fine:

I am not sure how to resolve this. Any help is appreciated

I just needed to ask regarding editing the approved article.
I want to update/edit my article (approved) as there was a mistake pointed out by a member. My question is if I edit it, doest it go back to moderation queue and starts from fresh or not?
cheers,
Super

Or user trying to do something wrong?
I notized that this now closed article[^] was being always locked for edition. A bit curiosity made me click on revisions. I find the list[^] a bit odd.
Is that normal? (I am not reporting a bug... at least not yet, I am just curious)

@Sean-ewington
http://www.codeproject.com/script/Articles/ArticleVersion.aspx?waid=158589&aid=873881[^] is having problems with the format and (on the same time) there is no message board (we already spoke about it) to tell it to the owner

The dev team is aware of the issue, now I think it is just a matter of prioritizing that issue amongst the others. In the meantime, I have fixed the formatting on that fella.
Thanks,

Managed Media Aggregation using Rtsp and Rtp[^]
The only thing I know is... I don't want / consider it necessary to be reported.
My point is the almost full page of explanation about his dog and how he passed away. I have left him a comment with my opinion, but I would like to know yours.
To be honest, I would change it edit it myself. But I don't know if that would be too rude and (on the other hand) I have never used the article editor yet and I would not like to create a mess.

a tough one - while its long, I'd leave it as is - we as human beings are the sum of our experiences, so, we know a little more about what makes the author tick - and he's a little more human to us - space is cheap
on other sites he'd get made to cut that out and put it in a blog - but Im constantly reminded we 'are not other sites' when I look at the brutality of 'SO' for example

While I have some sympathy for the author, that information does not belong in an article. He should be encouraged to remove it, but if he really wants it publicised then the Lounge is the place, as others have done in the past.

I told this guy[^] to merge some tips (the 4 about genetic algorithms)[^] into an article.
He has done it. Making the tips not needed anymore. He didn't delete them.
My question is... in such a case. What is the right way to manage it?
Is it something that a Protector can / should delete? Or only staff? Or leave it as it is?

I saw this 'evolution' - I'd just leave the tips - anyone with a short concentration span can still go back and read the tips one by one as they need/want to consume more

How to remove html tags from codeproject editor ? when i preview my article so its show article along with tags .
|
|
|
|
|
In case you want to use HTML for your article, you should click on the button in the editor to switch to HTML mode, and you can enter HTML there. I suspect that you wrote HTML in the WYSIWYG editor, you can try to copy the HTML to the "Source mode".
If the above is not the case, can you please provide a link to your article?
The quick red ProgramFOX jumps right over the Lazy<Dog> .

I am Sibeesh Venu, I had an account with code project and I was very active . I was spending almost 10 hours daily here . Unfortunately few of my article content was reported by team. So my previous account got banned. Now I understood the mistakes what I have done. I felt very sad at that time. I missed Code Project a lot, So now I have created an another account. Is there anyway I can create the article which are approved by team again which I wrote with my previous account? Please help me. Thanks in advance

Whats was the reason for your article being reported? If you have local copies, you can still upload your article but make sure you are not doing the same mistake for your account to be banned again?
cheers,
Super
