In our market, you do have to look a little. Spanish / Spanglish isn't that hard to find.
I need something in-novel or I will pick at the thread - and there goes the zone.

I have a quiet office, but I hear the voices all the time.

Nothing like it in the world for meditative concentration when I m in the zone at work. Never in a million years did I think it would work. It is also the only time I listen to it - at work.
I usually select the tracks that are instrumental only.

I've done sitar track - usually they're like 20-30 minutes each. No vocals - but the sound almost demands thinking continue. Even old Ravi Shankar tracks (when he's not explaining things) can do the deed. Or Jefferson Airplane.

When I'm thinking hard, all I need is a gentle background of keystrokes, and the occasional cat / delivery / vehicle passing the window.
Loud is bad - it can break your concentration.

...the office won't be quiet.
So home office as often as allowed.
And the other days music.
Atmospheric black metal is wonderful, mostly long tracks and no distracting clear voices.

Someone in our "leadership" thinks that if we are not in the office, that we are not working.
And, it is semi-open, so everyone thinks it is a conversation pit.
So, louder noise to mask.

I took that as LOUD music

No, it's that screechy noise you used to get out of a Spectrum.

...Quiet and Moderately Loud, actually. Has to be loud enough so I don't strain to hear what's playing, but not loud enough that I have to listen to it.

The golden rule for me is: _No voices_
When someone sings along, you start to listen, to interpret, whether you want it or not. And this consumes power, it distracts. Worst is, if you start to sing along by yourself.
I put a headset on, start some long running instrumental tracks, not loud, but loud enough to stop surroinding noises of colleagues nearby.
I put my phone on DnD, and go.
Best sound for me are medieval/irish/celtic folk sounds. nothing that is too fast and nothing that is as sleep-pill-like classics (Bach, Schubert... no way).
There is a great composer, Adrian von Ziegler, who makes _wonderful_ irish/fantasy music, which helps me through the day very often.
(I know, don't post links here, etc, sorry, just this time, and only once, promised). Listen to this, then you know what I mean:

Lots of my medieval music (and let us include renaissance with it!) has vocal parts in languages were I don't understand a word. So the voice servers, musically, as another instrument.
I agree: Old music is great while I work. There is only one small problem: Sometimes it is so beautiful that I stop working, sitting still, just listening to the music, getting no work done.

Quiet in the office
Quiet music -- via headphones because I know not everyone is as fond of The Smiths as I.
And The Clash, and Ramones...
