Disclaimer: this is no freaking advertisement, I just found this to fit me perfectly so am sharing my love for it. You can get the app and the program for free (I won't link it, just google for Max Capacity). It's supposed to be three times per week with 16-minute bodyweight training. The program itself lasts for 12 weeks. To be honest, if you don't have 16-minutes 3 times a week for training, then something will sooner or later break :/
You can check out my numbers and see how I improved the second time I went through the 12-week program: http://www.nikola-breznjak.com/blog/miscellaneou/maxcapacity-training-program/.
Surely, I do more training than just these 16-minutes, but I still use it as a part of my core training nowadays.
Anyways, if some of you are familiar with it, please tell me how did you like it?

I've just started the c25k program as I've been so lazy in the last couple of years. Plan to keep it up and join the weekly Parkrun by me when I've got a few weeks in.
I'm finding I really enjoy running, but I hate the gym so go to the park near me instead.

Got a dog I walk 2-3 times a day but even thou I take long walks there isn't really any physical strain.
I try to do some simple exercises also like pullups, curlups, situps, pushups and lounges a few times a week but its so boring so I usually do one set and move on to other things.
I wish I just could leave my body in a loop for exercising and go do something else for a while.
This is me currently. Need to work in repeating set too.
foreach (exercise e in exercises) {
for (I = 0; I < e.maxreps;i++){
e.doExercise()
}
}

If I live in a plane Country like the Netherlands are and if I only have a distance to work less than 15 km I would do it like you ...

All the time. I'm always

Running my mouth off

Digging a hole for myself
Climbing out of a hole, I've just dug

Define "exercise". Do marital arts count?
|
|
|
|
|
I counted that .
But indeed, is taking a walk counted as "exercise" ? And what about playing with the kids ?
Currently I'm going to the gym (summer stop @ martial arts ) and I can distinguish between two kinds of people: those that are exercising and those who think they are exercising

Just what I was going to say.
Does walking the dog for a couple of hours count? Does digging in the allotment for a couple of hours count?
Does an hour of watering the allotment count?
Or is it only exercise if you've paid a lot of money for the privilege?
Watering the allotment; I have two 15 litre watering cans. I walk about a hundred yards with them empty to the water source, then the same distance back with them full, I make this journey at least 20 times and up to 40 times a watering session which is at least 3 or 4 times a week at this time of year if the weather is good.
Some men are born mediocre, some men achieve mediocrity, and some men have mediocrity thrust upon them.

I think martial arts counts as exercise and meditation, if used that way.

Ha ha! You fell into the classic trap of not reading with precision.

Pay close attention to the positions of the "i" and "t".
The United States invariably does the right thing, after having exhausted every other alternative. -Winston Churchill
America is the only country that went from barbarism to decadence without civilization in between. -Oscar Wilde
Wow, even the French showed a little more spine than that before they got their sh*t pushed in.[^] -Colin Mullikin

No sh*t, Sherlock.
I already got called out on it. Your added "whatever" doesn't help.

No need to get all bent out of shape about it. I apparently misinterpreted your " " as still being confused.

Just as i misread "marital" for martial. Easy thing to do, misread/misinterpret.

Wait.... "marital" arts, or "martial" arts?
I guess both give you a work out either way.
