Hello,

Microsoft has a tool for that. It's called Process Monitor.

It is free and you can download it from there:

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-gb/sysinternals/bb896645[^]

This is a realtime file system monitoring tool, you can apply filters to just focus on one process if you wish. A really powerful tool.
