I have a variety of domain names that are currently sharing the same IP address and routed to the same server.
Now that traffic is increasing, I want to split the domains (only within my network) to different servers while retaining the same external IP address.
For example xyz.abc would then route to server A while wxy.abc would route to server B within my network.
If there is an inexpensive firewall/router that would handle this, that is a possibility, but would prefer some sort of software solution if that is possible.
Since I have only one IP Address available to me, my options are somewhat limited, so I am trying to make the best of it.
Thanks
What I have tried:
I have tried using my existing router to handle the different routes, but it does not seem to be able to do that. This includes port routing, and DMZ.
