Hi,
I have a web.config in a web application. This config file has a app-settings, that has a key, value pair. The value points to the path of a log file. i do not have any issues accessing and writing information logs, when i am running the application in my own system. when i publish the web app to the server, i give the appropriate server destination for the log file, and i access the application via URL from my system and when an log event occurs, the path is not accessible and this crashes the application. I would like to know how i can overcome this?
what format should i give in my appsettings (value) when i try to access the same LAN SERVER system hosting the App in IIS for logging events in log files?
