popup not generated second time when click on same node of treeview

I am doing code on TreeView1_SelectedNodeChanged.
When first time click on node its show popup perfectly.
But when click on second time on same node popup does not show and also that event not fired.

Write this on SelectedNodeChanged event..
TreeView1.SelectedNode.Selected = false;
