What is PInvoke and what are its use in C#.

If you want to call unmanaged functions from managed code, then then PInvoke is the way.

In addition to the links mentioned above, you should know that the functions should be in the NativeMethods (or SafeNativeMethods, UnsafeNativeMethods) class. See: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms182161%28v=vs.80%29.aspx.
