How to check email exists or not specially yahoo id

I am working on bulk email sender , I want too verify that if some one add bulk email ids than out of these ids fake or non exiting ids will be deducted . I have got the rid of gmail ids but its not working for yahoo and hotmail.
waiting for help.....

Send them a verification email with a link containing a guid that will take them to a page on your site that will use that guid to mark it verified on your system.

This is more valuable than just knowing it is a real email address. You then know if it is really their email.

Lots of sites do this.

It's nice idea and all, but it's impossible to do.

There is no method for verifying that an email address is real or not, nor is there any method that happens to work on one service, like GMail, that will work for every other service on the 'Net.
