I have been working in .NET for the last 3 years and now i would i like to study webmethods middleware tool and change my platform.Will Middleware Webmethods be a better option? is it advisable to change platforms at this point of my career?

This sort of question is impossible to answer, apart from saying: Yes, No or Maybe. You need to make your own decisions on what path to choose in life. And if you want to know what skills are in demand then read the local recruitment ads and talk to recruiters.
