How can I read the file.

Program A is writing the file now.

By the way, Program A opened the file not using Share mode.

How can I read the file using "CreateFile" and "ReadFile" APIs?

It bothers me nowadays.

Help me.

Solution 1

Check the documentation for "CreateFile" and "ReadFile", try to read the file, and if it does not work come back with a specific question.
